Produced by Laurent Duport in the Bugey region of France this natural sparkling wine is crafted using the ancestral method. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented using wild yeasts to ensure an authentic expression of the terroir. It offers a lively palate with notes of green apple citrus and a crisp mineral finish. This pet nat is unfiltered and unfined presenting a cloudy and beautifully rustic character.
