Alessandro Viola is an organic winemaker based in Alcamo Sicily who focuses on natural winemaking. Note di Bianco is a pure expression of Grillo grapes grown on limestone soils and fermented with wild yeasts. The wine is aged in steel tanks to preserve its bright acidity and fresh citrus notes. It beautifully reflects the wild landscape of the Sicilian coast.
