Dinavolo is a legendary skin contact wine created by winemaker Giulio Armani in the hills of Emilia Romagna. The wine is made from local white grape varieties that undergo a long maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks. This natural wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulfur. It shows complex notes of dried apricot wild mountain herbs and intense minerality.
