This skin contact orange wine is produced by the Suriol family under their Azimut label in Penedes Spain. They practice organic and biodynamic farming to express the true terroir of the region. The wine undergoes a brief maceration on the skins which gives it a beautiful amber color and a textured palate. It features vibrant notes of dried citrus peel and Mediterranean herbs with a fresh clean finish.
