Bichi is a pioneering natural winery located in Baja California run by Noel Tellez. This wine is crafted from old head trained vines in Tecate and fermented using native yeasts in traditional concrete tinajas. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with little to no added sulfur. The result is a vibrant and rustic red wine that beautifully expresses its unique terroir.
