This sparkling white wine is crafted by the Ruggeri family in the hills of Valdobbiadene Veneto. Made in the traditional col fondo method it is bottled unfiltered with its natural yeast sediment. The nose is bright with citrus green apple and distinct bready notes. It is incredibly refreshing with a crisp dry finish that represents authentic rustic winemaking.
