COS Zibibbo in Pithos is a bone-dry, skin-contact wine from Sicily. Zibibbo, the Sicilian name for the highly aromatic Muscat of Alexandria grape, has deep roots on the island. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in terracotta amphora, it’s floral and aromatic with gentle tannins, savory texture, and a fresh, slightly bitter finish.
