This amber wine is crafted using ancient Georgian traditions dating back thousands of years. Winemaker John Wurdeman ferments the grapes in buried clay vessels called qvevri. The result is a deeply complex profile showing notes of dried apricot honey and black tea. Structured tannins and balanced acidity make it an exceptional food wine.
