Divjacinski is a Black Lamb and Kabaj collaboration from Goriska Brda made by Jean Michel Morel. The name means wild venison. Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc were fermented spontaneously and left on the skins in buried qvevri for six months then rested in stainless steel. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered. The long maceration makes this red paler and less tannic than a conventional Bordeaux blend.
