Crafted by legendary naturalist winemaker Frank Cornelissen on the slopes of Mount Etna. This skin contact white wine is a blend of local varieties Grecanico Dorato and Carricante. It is fermented with wild yeasts and undergoes long skin maceration without any added sulfur. The result is a highly textured and complex wine with notes of dried apricot wild herbs and smoky volcanic minerals.
